A detailed overview of our security architecture, infrastructure standards, and operational safeguards — engineered to provide professional labels and enterprise clients with confidence in every validation.
All production infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 Type II certified cloud providers with multi-region redundancy. Data is processed in the region where it is submitted — EU, US, or APAC — to comply with data residency requirements. No cross-jurisdictional data transfer occurs without explicit client consent.
Data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3 with perfect forward secrecy. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 with per-tenant encryption keys managed by a hardware security module (HSM). Key rotation occurs every 90 days. API keys are stored using one-way bcrypt hashing and are never retrievable in plaintext after issuance.
All internal access is governed by role-based access control (RBAC) with the principle of least privilege. Multi-factor authentication is mandatory for all staff. Production database access requires a just-in-time access request approved by two team leads, with a maximum 4-hour access window and full audit logging.
All API requests, database queries, and file access events are logged to an immutable audit trail with 7-year retention. A SIEM platform correlates events in real-time to detect anomalous access patterns. Automated alerts trigger on unusual data access volume, off-hours activity, or failed authentication attempts.
All code changes require peer review and pass automated SAST/DAST scanning before deployment. Dependencies are scanned for known CVEs daily. Production deployments are gated behind staged environments (dev → staging → production) with automated rollback on health-check failure. No production data is used in non-production environments.
A documented incident response plan defines severity levels (P1–P4), escalation paths, and communication protocols. P1 incidents trigger immediate paging of the on-call engineer and security team. Clients are notified of security incidents within 72 hours of confirmation, with a detailed post-incident report within 14 days.
Annual third-party audit covering security, availability, and confidentiality.
Full compliance with EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679).
Information security management system certification — expected Q4 2026.
Payment processing handled by Stripe — we never store cardholder data.
Enterprise clients can request a data processing agreement, penetration test reports, and security questionnaires.
